Returns & Exchanges

At Let's Wander, we want you to love every piece you take on your journey, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
